General Refund Guidelines

Due to the nature of our services (manual outreach, content creation, and website collaboration), we offer refunds only in specific cases outlined below:

Refunds May Be Issued If:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon link(s) or service within the specified timeframe, and you choose not to wait for a replacement.
  • The delivered link(s) are removed within 30 days of placement and a replacement cannot be provided.
  • A payment was made by mistake, and no work has been initiated.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The project has already started, and outreach/content work is in progress.
  • The backlinks have been successfully placed and are live.
  • You change your mind or no longer require the service after the order is confirmed.
  • The delay in delivery is caused by a lack of communication or missing information from your end.
  • You’re dissatisfied with metrics (e.g., DR, DA, traffic) that were already disclosed prior to placement.

Replacements and Fixes

If a live link is removed after the 30-day period, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, we will offer to replace the link with a comparable one at no extra cost.
